What is your role at TCS?   Account Manager

How long have you been with TCS?  12 years this month

Where have you worked before?   I worked with Westpac as a home finance manager and at Vodaphone where I worked in business collections.

What is your role with TCS?  My role is to assist clients recover overdue accounts.  I always try to make sure that I represent clients in a positive way, building rapport with their customers for the best outcomes.    

What’s your favourite thing about coming to work? The coffee, just kidding, it’s definitely our team, because it’s such a great supportive and friendly environment. 

What makes a day at work special for you?  I love a Win/Win situation. Getting a positive result for my clients by helping their customers.
