What this is

Tascol may hold information about accounts lodged with us within the past six years. A Personal Information Record (PIR) summarises any accounts we hold in your name, along with any relevant insolvency information. This information is provided in line with Section 12.1 of the Australian Privacy Principles.

Your PIR will show accounts lodged with us in the past six years. If you need information from beyond this period, you can let us know when you submit your request.

Your PIR will be sent to this email address. Please use an address that only you can access, not a shared inbox.

Identification

Provide details from an Australian driver licence, Australian or international passport, or Medicare card. No upload is required.
