Collection Manager
How long have you been with the business?
That’s a tough one, I actually started with TCS at the age of 15, as a junior credit reporting officer, in the Burnie office. I’ve had the opportunity to work at a number of other businesses in Tasmania & Victoria in Credit and Collection roles which has helped me to build on my knowledge and experience, but the allure of TCS keeps calling me back. I’ve been here for 5 years, this time around.
Tell us about your role
Aside from the day to day management of our collectors and account managers my role centres around making sure we have the correct policies and procedures to ensure compliance & efficiency in serving our clients and customers.
What’s your favourite thing about coming to work?
The people at TCS are fantastic, working with my team and looking for the best outcomes.
What floats your boat?
Personal – I am a self-confessed shopaholic, much to my husband’s dismay hahaha, but do I love travelling & spending time with Pete, my husband, our dog Maggi-Mae and our Grandson Archie.
Work – I love working with people that think outside the box and make things happen. I love seeing the results we achieve for our clients and customers.
