These interactive, face to face, sessions focus on minimising the occurrence of bad debt in your business and cover such things as; • Establishing Good Credit Policies • Looking at ways to improve your accounts receivable and follow up processes • Dealing with vulnerable customers who are experiencing hardship – what do you need to know? • Know the legislation about collecting and sharing customers information • Understanding if you are a credit provider and what credit reporting options are available • Learn about pre-employment screening.
