What is your role at TCS?  Collection Officer

How long have you been with TCS? 6 weeks

Where did you come from? I was previously employed as a manager at BWS for 10 years

Tell me about your role? I am allocated a variety of small debts from multiple sources, and I contact these customers to help resolve the debt.

What’s your favourite thing about coming to work?  The team at TCS. They are very welcoming and supportive. Everyone has been more than happy to answer any questions or queries I have had.

What floats your boat?

Work- I enjoy the investigative and research parts of my role very much

Personal- Art, film, walking and playing Badminton
